Luncheon Menus

Listed below is our Kansas City menu samples of luncheon selections. Lunch Prices shown are for luncheons held Monday through Friday. Menus can be presented as drop-off service, buffet style, or plated luncheons. Choose from our catering menu sample selections−or create your own menu. We specialize in customization to meet your preferences and budget requirements.

Pricing:

Hot Lunch Drop Off: (25 guests minimum) The price of a classic hot lunch drop-off is $9.95 per person. The price of a hot premium lunch drop-off is $11.45 per person. Canned soft drinks and bottled water may be added at a price of $1.50 each.

Hot Lunch Buffet: (50 guests minimum) The price of a hot classic lunch buffet is $11.45 per person.  The price of a hot premium lunch buffet is $12.95. Ice Tea and Coffee are included with our hot lunch buffets. A serve time of 1-1/2 hours is included in the menu price.  A service fee of 18% may apply to your event.  Please call for more information.

Desserts: A dessert assortment of homemade cookies, brownies, and bars can be added to drop-off or lunch buffets at a price of $1.95 per person. A full line of homemade desserts are also available. Ask for selections and pricing.

Tableware Choices: Disposable tableware is included in the menu price. Upgraded disposable tableware and china service are also available. Add stainless flatware, linen napkins, and glass water goblets to your menu for an additional $4.00 per guest. China table service, linen napkins, and glass water goblets are available at an additional $6.00 per guest.

Delivery: Drop-off service is $35; delivery & set-up is $50.

  • Classic Lunch Menus

    • All American ClassicThird pound, hand-pattied ground chuck burgers and quarter pound, all beef hot dogs; served with buns, sliced cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, relish and onion and includes baked beans and potato salad.
    • Baked Herb ChickenMixed pieces of bone-in chicken coated with French herbs and baked to perfection; served with rice pilaf, seasoned green beans, and rolls & butter.  Garden salad can be added for $1.50.
    • Baked MostaccioliMostaccioli noodles, ricotta cheese, Italian sausage and ground beef, baked in a tangy marinara and topped with mozzarella cheese; served with Italian green beans and bread sticks.  Garden salad can be added for $1.50.
    • Baked Potato BarHot baked potatoes served with sides of butter, sour cream, fresh bacon bits, blanched broccoli and cheddar cheese. Served with a tossed salad.
    • Beef StewChunks of tender sirloin, slow roasted & mingled with potatoes, carrots, and celery in hearty gravy; served with garden salad and cornbread muffins.
    • Chef’s Salad BarIceberg blend, fresh spinach and spring mix; accompanied by sliced Swiss and cheddar cheese, ham and turkey, cucumbers, tomatoes, hard boiled eggs, and black olives. Served with Ranch and Italian dressings and rolls & butter. Grilled chicken strips available at an additional charge.
    • Chicken Penne Pasta AlfredoTender chicken breast chunks, sauteed with zucchini, yellow squash and red peppers with penne pasta tossed in a creamy Alfredo sauce; served with Italian green beans and bread sticks.  Garden salad can be added for $1.50.
    • Deli Sandwich SpecialAssortment of honey ham, turkey and roast beef served on Kaiser rolls and topped with fresh lettuce and a slice of tomato; served with a choice of tri-colored rotini pasta salad or potato salad.  Garden salad can be added for $1.50.
    • EnchiladasChoice of beef or chicken enchiladas served with refried beans and Spanish rice.  Chips and salsa can be added for $1.00.  A combination of both meat choices available at an additional cost.
    • Fried ChickenWhite and dark meat chicken pieces, hand-floured and fried to a golden brown; served with mashed potatoes & gravy, buttered corn, and rolls & butter.  Garden salad can be added for $1.50.
    • Honey HamSliced honey ham; served with parslied, buttered new potatoes, green beans and rolls & butter.  Garden salad can be added for $1.50.
    • LasagnaTender lasagna noodles layered with a creamy Ricotta cheese blend, Italian sausage, mozzarella cheese and marinara; served with Italian green beans and bread sticks.  Garden salad can be added for $1.50.  Vegetarian lasagna is also available.
    • Pasta Primavera AlfredoPenne pasta tossed with seasonal fresh vegetables in a Parmesan cream sauce; served with Italian green beans and breadsticks.  Garden salad can be added for $1.50.
    • Soup and SandwichVariety of deli sandwiches and homemade soup; served with a fresh garden salad.
    • Taco BarSeasoned ground chuck taco meat with flour tortillas, shredded lettuce, cheese, diced tomatoes, sour cream, chopped olives and homemade salsa; served with refried beans and Spanish rice. Chips and salsa can be added for $1.00.

    • Beef StroganoffChunks of tender sirloin, mushrooms and onion, roasted in a beef burgundy sauce and accented with sour cream; served with egg noodles, green beans and rolls & butter.  Garden salad can be added for $1.50.
    • Chicken LemonataBoneless, skinless chicken breast lightly breaded, sautéed and topped with a light lemon and wine sauce; served with rice, green beans and rolls & butter.  Garden salad can be added for $1.50.
    • Chicken SupremeBoneless, skinless chicken breast, lightly breaded, sauteed and topped with a white wine and cream sauce; served with parslied, buttered new potatoes, seasoned green beans and rolls & butter.  Garden salad can be added for $1.50.
    • Oven-Roasted Beef BrisketTender oven-roasted beef brisket; served with parslied, buttered new potatoes, seasoned green beans and rolls and butter.  Garden salad can be added for $1.50.
